2001 250 acts like a rev limiter is kicking in.
I just rebuild the carb on my friends 2001 250 and it runs and idles great. But now when he took it for a test ride the ATV would act like a rev limiter would kick in and not allow him to go past a certain RMP in the lower gears. Did I over look something or not adjust the air/fuel valve right 2 3/4 turns out.
