I have a 2002 AC 400, never noticed any more heat than normal, wish it had more heat for plowing snow, actually. 1 thing to check, Remove the muffler, see if it runs a lot stronger. Muffler /spark arrestor could be plugged. I had a Polaris that would actually catch fire! Cut the back off the muffler, gutted it, had a new larger tip welded back on, no more flames, and it ran a lot better. Check your radiator, actually think the 2003's had an oil cooler, but clean out any mud and check that the fan is coming on once it gets warm. Also check for a dirty air filter.
