2008 arctic cat prowler shifting

having troubles shifting between gears?

Is it possible that the idle is set too high? My AC Diesel is fussy shifting into Hi range if the idle is a bit too high. If you can shift with the motor off, might try turning down the idle. Never owned a Prowler, though.
