Arctic cat won't run

Default Arctic cat won't run

My 2003 arctic cat 300cc 4x4 will idle but dies out when given gas

Welcome to the Connection. My uneducated guess would be that you should take the carburetor apart, clean all jets and check float height. You may need compressed air to blow out the jets, they can be very tiny. Might find a youtube video to help. GL

Make sure you're using the airbox too, or it won't have enough of a vacuum for the carb diaphragm. Had this problem myself too

sounds educated enough .. defiantly take carb off and just take it apart .. one piece after another and line parts up in order as you take them off to help remember putting back together .. get a container and some cleaner .. soak the heck outta it and let it dry .. get down to fine cleaning and make sure can see good lighting threw all ports and jets.. throw it back together and might end up not having a problem
