My dealer called and said to come see the 500 manual with 28" Zillas on it (this is the bike ATV conection did their test on ). No lift just 8" rims on back for the 12" and 7" on the front for the 10". So I took it for a ride and found a beaver pond and they throw some mud, better than the mudbubs I had on my 00. I didn't go nuts but I couldn't get them to rub anywhere. There was a loss of power but from what I remember not more than the 27" mudbugs on my 00... Bill

Wait, it you are saying it had stock wheels? I've never heard of 12x6.5 Arctic Cat wheel, but what models have the 12x7?

Also, what do you mean ATVConnection tested this ATV.

BTW: I got to talk to someone from Dirt Wheels while I was at High Lifter's Grand Opening and VIP party, look for a Mud Zilla vs Outlaw Shoot out in the June or later issue.

They said the rears were off a 97 454 and the fronts off a 99.

On the main page of this site you can read about their test or comparison between the cat and traxter. This is the cat

OH, ok. I thought you ment this site tested the AC 500 with the Zillas on it.

Those front wheels are 6.5" wide if they are from a 99 model.
