Cv boot twists
#1
Need a hand here please. The inner rear cv large boot clamp on my 2014 arctic cat 550 ltd atv popped. I have fixed it repacked etc. my question is now that it is on with proper clamp i can twist the boot slighty in each direction. Should i be able to twist it a bit. I cannot get clamp any tighter

It is probably ok. The important thing is if it is leaking grease after you drive it some.
Leaks grease then find someway to make it tighter.
Doesn't leak, good to go.
I have used heavy duty zip ties a few times and had good look. Easier to tighten in difficult to reach places.
