2011 550 LTD 4WD problem
Hello everyone, I have a 2011 550 H1 LTD. Had the 4x4 actuator give out, understand this is not uncommon. Since the wife likes this machine and has given us few issues since new I figured I would spring for a new one from OEM. So put new one in the other day no problems. Put quad in the air all 4 wheels off the ground. 2x4 works fine, 4WD with diff lock seems fine, but 4WD only and front wheels don't seem to engage. I can stop front wheel from turning just with my hands. Though they are turning there is no torque at all. With diff lock on front wheel can't be held, lots of torque. Am I correct in thinking this is not right? Actuator is working as it should, so is something in the front gear box/diff the problem?
