I'm really taking a long hard look at the new 500i model from A/C. I love the looks of this new machine and what it should be able to do. Cowboy,Boner have you guys heard any thing about the top end speed on the 2002 models? I hear it's a little better,is this true? With the type of country we have around here I think this machine would do just fine.

Someone mentioned that they lowered the final gearing(smaller ration number) to 3.08. That should allow you to pull it a bit longer in top end. maybe 2-3 mph difference. I would switch them out on my 01 500 manual if they would interechange and increase the top end.
