The filter is the same on the 375, 400 and 500. There is not yet a pipe available for the 02 cats. You could do like KYcat did and adapt a pipe ton fit, his looks real good. I hear there are other exhaust companies working on a pipe for the Cat. As far as jetting these are available from your dealer or other bike shop. I picked up some jets and a K&N filter today and will try it out. I've allways used a UNI filter before but I got a good deal on this K&N today. I will do some fine tuning later this week to see if I can make a difference. It would be the same for your 375.

the arctic cat uses the dr350 motorcycle cylinder(it has been punched out to a 375) and head, so if you wanted to go really crazy you could install the dr350 cam, higher compression piston(wiseco sells these for the 375, you have to order the dr350 big bore kit, and some head porting along with a K@N. The hardest part will be finding a pipe, you will have to have one custon made as non are available for the arctic cat right now.

Hey guys,

You can make almost any universal type pipe work, as the inlet is straight on them. You just might have to make a simple adapter, your local automotive exhaust place could do it, then youll have to make a hanger bracket, but its all real simple.

Sukiscott is correct about the 375, it is a dr350 motor thats just been changed around a little, the parts will swap around, its just that auto transmission that kills it, in my opinion, but a light weight piston, cam, pipe, and rejet would get that motor running awesome.

Hey KYCAT! How much difference did you notice after the installation of your White Bro's pipe. I'm really leaning in that direction!

Thanks for your input!

Thanks for all of the good info. I don't think i will be going to crazy with it right away I think i will start off with the k&n power kit, Has anyone installed one? the filter change part i know I can handle but what all is involved in doing the jetting.

thanks again for all of the info.

To me, the pipe was worth it, but you need a good aftermarket airfilter and rejet, to get the full effect. As it stands right now, i have a 147.5 mainjet, a .030 shim under my needle and 8 disks in my pipe. It runs good like this but i'm gonna stick a 150 main in it and see how it acts. The throttle response is alot better, midrange power improved alot, and topend also improved, but i think it might get even better with the 150main and the .030 shim under the needle..
I had the 150main in it before but not with the shim.

Tell me a little about the shim. I haven't heard of it. Is that something you get from AC? What is it's purpose? I changed my jetting as well, I moved from the 150 to the 147 from AC.
Under the stock setup the 150 was just too much.

Thanks!

i have a 400act, so my jets are prolly different than what a 500 model has.. I had 145 main from the factory.

The shim i'm talking about goes under the head of your needle jet, it lifts your needle jet the same amout as the thickness of the shim. So my needle is lifting .030 higher out of the mainjet, when i hit the trottle. Its actually just a small washer.
