I am in total agreement with THENEWFIEBULLET.A king Quad with 28 inch mudders would not do real well in the real world of hill climbing and SERIOUS mudding.A KQs 280cc engine is FAR to tiny to be competing against the bigger bore ATVs,even in the serious mud because to conquer serious mud,you need ground clearance, something that is very lacking on the KQ,and you'll also need a combination of wheel speed and mommentum.A KQ with stock tires is a very poor hill climber when it comes to the steep, loose packed hills.

On the other hand,it performs VERY WELL on HARDPACK hills, something I found out on my trip to the Hatfield McCoy trail in W.V.The lower ground clearance of the KQ kept you low to the ground in the hilly mountains and the torque of the motor would bring you up the steepest hill with a confident feeling of not tipping over.

I dont know why Suzuki does not install the 500cc engine in this package?

Apparently the Quadrunner has a similar low and stable feeling.

Yet, it lacks the differintial lock and the higher ground clearance it could have if it had IRS.
