Do any of you guys have any trouble with the plastic rattling on your quads? That was one gripe I always had with my 2001 500. Just wondering? If the 2003's are all that they say they are, and all the changes(especially the engine) are sound then I will probably be the new owner of an 03' 500. I just hope they have the brake problem fixed. Do you guys have brake problems with your 02's? Should the new braided lines help at all or is it still a master cylinder problem?

On my rancher with it's many plastic rivets, some loosened up too much over the 2000 miles or so I've used it. I found using a 1/4" washer behind the loose body rivets locked them in tight.
