Drive shaft seal leaking oil

Just got back from a ride on my 1998 AC 454. Noticed oil leaking out of drive shaft near rearend. Short drive shaft comes out of engine, goes into rearend, oil is leaking out of seal there. Is this an easy fix? Any other parts other than seal that I should buy to do this job? Where should I disconnect drive shaft?
