AC how to set suspension
I have 500i Ac 2002. I have hadit for about four monthes. I bought it primarily for some commercial snow removal. Atleast thats what I told my wife. I am a big time hunter and thrill seeker. My father has farm with swamps and ditches all over. The question I have is how should the suspension be set. I rolled it once during a climb (steep climb) I thought that was probably my fault. The second time was a simple decent in witch I rolled over the front of the machine. I have the settings on the shocks as firm as it will go. Is this the reason I'm flipping or am I tryingto do things I shouldn't be.

AC how to set suspension
I find that for my riding I use the lowest preload setting on the shocks...For the winter, I place the front shock preload on the middle setting (to compensate for the weight of my 60" Moose plow.) I can't imagine ever needing the shocks (front or rear) set to the firmest setting - my front shocks on the middle setting are a tad too firm for trailriding...BTW, many riders have complained about how difficult it is to change the preload on the '02 Cats...I removed my shocks, took off the spring and then adjusted the preload collar. I cleaned the entire unit, reassembled it and remounted the shock. Next spring, I'll repeat the process to get the preload back to the lowest setting for trail riding...;-)
