Default header pipe is red..........UPDATE

Well i sent the bike to the dealer today,, and he still said that it was normal,,, they checked the valve clearence and it was perfect,,,, (with 800 hard miles i was surprized) the plug was normal, and the jetting was corect,, they said they put it a wee bit richer just to please me but they said that it wouldnt make too much diference!!!!! and it was true,, i took the bike for a ride as soon as i got it back and i wasnt 1/4m away fom my house (about 3 min) and it was red! hehehehe (they just set the low speed screw though) and he assured me NOT to worry so i wont! just for kicks i asked if it was ok for me to put some exaust wrap on the header pipe,, he said that he wouldnt recomend it because that the wrap will hold moisture and rust my pipe in the long run,,,(i only wanted to put the wrap on to hide the glowing redness)but shoud i still put some on????? well i will not worry anymore,,,,, BUT I WISH ARCTIC CAT WOULD ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM a red pipe is not nice to see!!!!!!
check out my pics i will be updatating the pics soon with pics of the finshed bumper and i can make copies of the bumper too for 125$$ can. i will send COD it weighs about 26 pounds and i asure you that you will have to hit a tree pretty hard to dent it,, my shocks are at the min setting and i dont notice that its on,, it will come sandblasted and primed and ready to paint feel free to email me for any questions on this bumpermy pics
