what about using a right break handel off another bike with a resivor on the right side. cant remember what bike but i know it can be done. my friend has one on his polaris. also they use to sale a kit for polaris to make it a split brake system. i think that would work. also what size tires are you running on the front. i am running 12.5 laws on all fours. i have the 1 1/2 wheel spacers. i took the lift off because of a broken cv with just 59 miles on the bike. i lost about 1 1/2 gc but now it is like 57" wide. i put it in some bad mud today and i had no problem at all i had a witness to. i think yall might be on to somthing though with the brake system. i also talked to dirty howie and he did not recomened the locker for the 500i becasue the stock axels are not strong enogh

ok good new. i found a brake with the resivor on the right side. its off of a 2002 sportsman 6x6 it has a brake on both sides. you can go to partsland.com to check it out. it is like 110.00 so all you would have to do is make you left brake handle controll you left brake and with the new brake for the right handle this would go to the right brake. so what do you do with the rear, kill it? also explain one more time how this will make it lock up. is it buy stoping the tire that is freespinning you send the power to the tire that is not spinning. if this is all it takes good be a big problem solved.

I will get back to you about a aditive you add to your front l/s diff to make it work better, it locks the both wheels up when you put the power to it.[/q
Bigcat ------ An additive would be nice, Lets hear it.
