Just picked it up Saturday, only 1 mile on it. Just got in from HL 2-28x12.5 Laws for the rear and 2-28x8x12 Zillas for the front mounted on 4 aluminum C-series 12x7 front wheels and a lift kit. Have not even put them on yet.

I am going to get a Howie locker for the front soon. Does anyone here have Howie locker in a 500i? I would like to hear a little input before ordering. Maybe we could get a group purchase going.

You better start pumpin weights if your puttin a locker in it, or keep it in a mud hole!

 

Im with sxr6, good luck driving that on hard pack, U'll be fighting it every step of the way. But if u only mud it, go for it!

 

I ride with 3 spooled front diff. (the old washer behind the clutch pack) hondas and they have no trouble or should I say no whining. If you want true 4wd, get it, but its not something for the liberal girly men.
