HMMMMM....i dont know about the wheels..but i wouldnt go over 26" on the tires...not that it couldnt turn 27"'s but if you're aggressive with yours like i am mine...the tires will scrub the fenders on big jumps..ruts stuff like that...

Yea but, how many people jump a 650lb. quad? Ok I have a few times, but only about 3 feet off the ground.
I must say that with about 500 lbs on the rear rack, not including me at 155, the factory 26" tires did rub on the "want-a-be mud flap".
I will be getting some 26" Mud Sharks.

If I ever get tires, I'll get 27" Bi & Tri Claws on ITP steel. New rims only because it wouldn't be a good idea to mount wide tires like that on my stock rear rims, and I don't want the bi-claws in the rear. It would defeat the purpose of getting them in the first place, because with tires like that, you aren't expecting any handling to begin with. No sense in not getting the wide Tri-claws in the back. I'd probably put 25" titan 489s on my stock rims for regular use, and use the big tires for hunting season & planned rides.
