There is this tree hugger freak on the MN DNR forum that was trying to use my pics as an example!!!!

There is no point in arguing with them. It has nothing to do with riding ATVs or the environment. The guy has mental problems.

 

Logging roads do make nice trails.

I'm not surprised by this fools actions. Isn't he the one who went out to Red Top to do a story and turned everything around from the previously discussed basis of his story.

Yeah way to go. Go into a "designated riding area" and take lots of pictures. Then tell the world this is what's happening. He failed to mention that our registration dollars to into establishing/maintaining these trails.

What really gets me is that he, without permission, tries to use someone's pictures taken on PRIVATE PROPERTY for another one of his slanderous attempts. That's a real class act. What an a$$hole.

Sounds to me like there needs to be some action taken. I'm not sure. Would internet piracy fall into this category.

I am not sure what action I could take....unless I obtain a copyright for my pics. I will be discussing this situation with my legal advisor, that is for sure!!!
