Torques?

Default Torques?

I was wondering how tight the the oil drain plug and spark plug should be?

Hi, My manual says 16 foot lbs.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

Is that for both spark and oil drain plug? What page?

Hi mountainclimber on page 10-3 oil drain plug 16 ft lb
spark plug,- a new spark plug should be tightened 1/2 turn once the washer contacts the cylender head.
a used spark plug should be tightened 1/8- 1/4 turn once the washer contacts the cylinder head.
this is on page 2-12 , 2-13.

Was that in the owners manual or the repair manual?

That was in the Service Manual (repair manual) 74.00 cdn at my arctic-cat dealer.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
