Im impressed, you can work the cam and post a link :] Seriously tho, looks like a nice tan color to me, im far from a plug expert. Mine is a lot darker than that. Looks like a good job to me.

Yea I amaze myself sometimes
Not too bad for a southern country BOY!!hehe
Anyways I went ahead and put her up a notch in the main. i went bigger, Becasue here in the south it gets extremly hot and you run leaner when the bike gets hot and the temp gets hot, so I rinchend her up a little
It takes about 10 mins to completly take down and put together everything ahving to do with the carb!!

It looked a bit on the grayish side to me. Hard to tell. You're on the edge by the looks of the plug.....again tough to see from the pic.
I think you done good by going a notch richer. Watch the plugs.
One note though.....colder outside temps mean leaner burn....hotter outside temps mean richer burn. I've seen enough sleds burn down at -10F when they were jetted to 30. As the temps drop you want to richen not lean your machine.

The leaner you run, yes the hotter the engine will be. But, the hotter the ambiant temp is the richer your mixture will be. Fuel Air mixture is what I mean. That is why guys who ride in the winter will sometimes need to run fatter jetting in the winter. If they ran their setting at below freezing they'd burn down.
Not trying to argue. I'm sure you know what you're doing. Your post was confusing the way it was written. I wanted to clarify for those that don't know. If you're jetting for conditions, the hotter the outside air temp the richer a given jet setting will run. If you're running on the edge at 90 degrees, you wouldn't want to run that setting at 40 degrees.
As always ymmv......watch the plug color, and/or piston wash.
