If you don't have one, get a battery tender. I like using Seafoam in everything now, especially in the winter. I would also suggest a set of large hand guards. Those really block a lot of wind on your hands while riding.

I did put seafoam and sta-bil in my gas the last time I filled up. I'll be plowing this winter but won't likely need to fill up again until spring. The gas will be half a year old by then.

On the last fill up of the season do not uses that ethanol Corn Gas ,it has a shelf life of about a week that even stabilizer can barely correct.

Hi everyone,

Being new I will clarify again that I do work for the manufacturers of STA-BIL® (among other fuel additives and surface treatments). There have been a lot of great recommendations.

We always suggest filling the tank about 95% full, adding a high quality fuel stabilizer, then running the ATV for about 10 minutes to ensure the entire system is treated. This will help cut down on rust & corrosion caused by condensation.

Beyond that, when added to fresh gas (E0-E85) we guarantee STA-BIL® to keep that gas fresh for 12 months.

Hopefully this was helpful!
