On my sons panther 110 atv the thumb throttle cable will not move hardly at all. Any suggestions on what it may be. I checkedbtje cable for breaks and see none. Pleaseb help thanks

 

You should be able to check the throttle housing itself for any problems along with the carb plus should be able to spray some penetrant into the cable housing. If the cable is the problem there are plenty of them around.110 cc throttle cable | eBay
