Mammoth 800 Won't Move
#1
North Central ohio.. own a Kazuma Mammoth 800 UTV.
In a town of 45,000 people I cannot find anybody that will work on this. So I guess I'll hack it myself. Fairly handy if I know where to start.
I can shift the transmission easily the lights change on the dash. You can feel it drop into gear with a small Lurch forward or in reverse. However when you press on the gas... nothing. In the past I have been able to push it or tow it a small distance and it would work. I have also just walked away for 2 or 3 hours and came back and it worked fine. Once it starts to work, it works the rest of the day. It's when I come back before 5 days later that the problem arises if it's going to.
I have removed the CVT cover and the CVT belt IS moving.
Any ideas?
