DG krome power or Cobra exhaust 4 my 85 200x

I would get whatver is better looking to you, or if you can hear both, then whatever sounds the best. There is only so much you can do to mod a 200X. I mean there are engine builders yeah, but if your looking for just a little more power and to replace factory, then either should work great for that purpous.
Just my thoughts, I am not the authority on 200X's though i am in the same perdicament myself and will opt for either of those after I look at them close, someone mentioned to me the Supertrapp one is good too.
Hope everything works out! Tom...<><

I have an 86 200x that was in need of a pipe. I bought a cobra exhaust and noticed an improvement in the power and the sound was great. The cobra is a cheaply made pipe though as i've only had it for a year and theres no more paint left on it and its starting to rust.

Good to know that Cobra is junk as far as material...Is yours black or silver? I may just have to go DG or Supertrapp...I liked the look of Cobra though

On mine i have a supertrapp pipe. The things is wicked loud without the disces on the end of the silencer!. And if you do get a supertrapp take the disces off the end of the silencer, for even more power and sound.

The Cobra pipe that I got was black. You might have better luck going with the silver. The first few minutes of riding with the pipe, the paint bubbled on the headpipe and turned a burnt brown color. You would think that Cobra would at least know to use high temp paint on their pipes..
