Default Is this a good deal for a Big Red?

I've been looking around for a three-wheeler., preferably an 85 250 big red. A guy I know is selling one in town here. It's an 85 250 big red, mint condition. It comes with three brand new tires, and two spares, plus a rear seat for others to sit on (no lectures please) He just got all the electrical re-looked at and changed fuses etc, he patched the rust spots on the gas tank, and it doesn't have any cracks or anything on the plastic. He is asking 1400$ CDN, which is about, I'm guessing 950-1000$US. I believe that is a great deal and I should get it, what do you guys think?
