ive been thinking about it for a while and i think when i get a job when i go back to school i am going to buy a old atc250r. i have been looking at the 83 84 models. can anyone tell me some info on them like how fast are they do they handle good, do they have good suspension and good power. right now i ride a 2000 rm250 would the power of the atc250r come close to that? thanks for you time

the 85-86 hondas made the most power out of a 250 (for a honda) and they dont really compare to a RM250. for one they are couternbalanced which robs power and two they are heavier. potential wise, the water cooleds are the best and most reliable 2 stroke cylinder ever put in anything (flame on). the 84's handled pretty good compared to an 82, but i thought the 83 and 84 were different styles. i wouldnt mind having a 84, im sure they are fun trikes.
