thanks for the advice guys ill try that. i know it is hard to believe i was suprised to... but just because it has 5 gears doesnt meant there slower....the gears are just more spread out on the 84 but the 85 and 86 has a little bit more power

 

everything on bike bandit is expensive just look on ebay i saw one about three months ago on there

 

I had a 300 kit on my 83 and it was very fast. I think I paid $175 for it and it came with everything. Cylinder, piston, rings, and wrist pin. What I ran into is that it was a one shot deal, meaning I could not bore the cylinder, so you had to make sure to put in a new piston and rings before it went bad. Who makes after market axles and such for the r's it appears lonestar only goes to 85.

 

I had 6 aircooled R's and never once had a problem with them!

I know a guy that has the entire 300R kit for sale. If anyone is interested I can give you his email.
