Hello all

New to the forum, but need some opinions

Ran up on a deal for 1985 atc200s for $425. Tires are about 80%. Recent engine rebuild. No exhaust smoke.

Is this a decent deal? what should I check for when I look it over? any common problems?

now mind you im not particularily familiar with a 200S, but id say $425 (about $600 canadian i believe) is an EXCELLENT buy for almost any trike, especially if it has good tires and a recent engine rebuild

 

i just got one of these for free. thats right, i said free. but the thing isnt in the best condition. it needs: a recoil starter outer housing, pet ****, brakes, and probably a ring. it hans't ran yet, and i dont think it will. still, i now i got a hell of a deal. where can i find that outer recoil housing for cheap? i went to the honda dealer and they want like 200 dollars. i dont think so. so if anyone is parting one out, or has one collecting dust or any other parts, give me a shout. mjm540ii@yahoo.com

oh yeah, i heard that you can put a rear suspension on the S, is that just a rumor, or can you?

Try ebay. I saw a couple complete pull starter housings way less than $200

 

thats a good idea i didnt even think of tryin ebay
and by the way i started the ATC today for the very first time!!!!!!!!
still need a petcock and outer recoil housing
