Default $1900. too much for a three-wheeler?????

I ran across my 1986 250es big red , which is 100% stock and in near mint original condition right down to the o.e.m. tires. I knew nothing about ATC's up to this point , but with 18 years in the car business I
can tell when I'm looking at a clean original piece. ................ Anyway, I paid $1900. for it , and have
since really gotten in to trikes. Tonight I plan on making another buy , it's a 1986 250R , and it's as
nice and clean as my 250es I described , this one will cost me $2000. which I'm being told is top $ for
a trike. My question is did I pay too much for the big red ??? I need to know because I see in the Forum
that many good deals are to be had for under $1000., and I would like to know what I should pay for
clean ,original ATC's. Thanks for the help!

Oh and by the way I will be looking for a 86-87 200X next.

well yes that is to much for a big red. BUT it is mint you say. The 250R seems right on also. I remember when I came across my 250SX about 3 years ago. Only had 200 miles on it, and still had those yellow lines on the oem tires! It was for sale for 2500$, but i didnt buy it for that much.

Hey Dickster, there is a big red in the paper right now here in Anchorage for 2500 obo. I like the big reds but when I can get four wheels for that amount I could not do it. AlaskaBoy.
