LOL!!!! thats funny for years people have been telling me that!!!!!! YEARS thats how long this 500 has been around,,, yeah it vibrates a little more than a 250,,, big deal its not that bad ,,, it won't shake it self apart either!!!!! i supose you have a FRIEND or know someone who HAD one,,,,, yeah i have heard it all,,,,i just laugh as i roost off into the sunset,,,,,,,,

Yep your right...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]. My buddy had one. He hated it. Oh yeah it was fast. But if he wanted to go on a trail ride or go duning all day, He had to take a break every 5 minutes because the vibration made him tired. Not to mention he couldn't get his wedding ring off the next day because his hands were swollen...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]. But if all your going do is drag race, Than go for it. Now that you showed me what a CR500 trike will do to a YFZ in a drag race, Why don't you meet me at the Oregon dunes. Than I can show you what a YFZ will do to a CR500 trike, riding thru the dunes & trees all day.....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]. mav, you could put a cr 500 motor in a trike .yes you must make new mounts.you dont need to cut the frame apart. but you do need to make exhaust.I used the front half of 500 pipe and welded it to 250 head pipe cut on right side by knee under tank. sounds stock. A used 500 bike around here goes for 800 to 1500$ depending on condition.It does vibrate some but i have trail ridden it with no problems at all. wheelies in 5 th gear easily .lots of fun I'd do it again. good luck
