No would be correct.
The engine mounts aren't even similar.
The problem you would run into by putting this engine is in the frame design.
On the 200X, the front frame down tube runs all the way to the lower rails. The 250R splits to allow that big, fat, two stroke header pipe enough room. You could make it work by chopping on the frame, but it would be much easier to just find a 250R frame and build from that.
