I finally got a enough time to get the pics of the 1982 ATC 70 up.....along with other photos to fill all my empty spots.

I restored this last year for my daughter. This was the first year model of the ATC70 to get the 4 speed transmission.

I went into everything EXCEPT the enigne. My daughter got a few rides out of it before the engine went. It still runs, but squeals in the bottom end. I suspect a bad rod, crank or both. Either due to wear or an oil pump failure. I haven't torn into yet.

I was going to sell it, but am now thinking of going Frankenstein on it and throwing in a 110 enigne and stretching the frame forward a few inches.

It still looks like it does in the pictures. I will let you guys know if we go with the 110 engine idea and post pics along the way if we do.

I love the ATC70.......the thing looks brand new!!!! I have 2 daughters that are looking foward to me finding a couple. Just wanted to say "good job!"
