Default Chain Tensioner?????????

I have a 1982 185s and the chain tensioner is stripped out so the chain keeps coming off. In dennis kirk they sell a chain tensioner, that says it relaces the oem chain tensioner. But oem is on the outside of the chainguard, the one dennis kirk sells is an actual idler, where will this one attach at on it (pg. 361 Dennis Kirk). Any help would be helpful....

Default Chain Tensioner?????????

I have no idea why DennisKirk doesn't fix that typo........it's been in there for years.
That tensioner they sell is only for the ATC90 and ATC110

PartsUnlimited is the parent company of DennisKirk and they have the same typo as well......LOL

All Honda dealers should have the tensioner you need in stock. Depending on whether they keep the OEM or an aftermarket replaement, it shouldn't run more than $6.00
