Yes to both questions. They are a bolt-on swap.
If it hasn't been done already, you may want to get a carb rebuild kit for a 200 carburetor when you use the 185 carb on the 200 engine. It has a bigger mainjet, pilot jet, and a different needle taper.
You don't have to do this.....the differences are small and the 185 carb works fine on a stock 200 engine with a muffled exhaust, but the 200 spec carb kit will be beneficial regardless. The kit runs about $20

You don't have to do anything to the chain or sprockets. The motors make almost the same horsepower. I think some of the 185's were even faster due to different sprocket setups. You can change the sprockets to suit your riding style but the stock 185 s sprockets will work fine [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
