how fast does a atc250r run?????????????
ok here you go,,, with a radar gun,,, my 250 topped out at 74 mph,,,, it has a little work done to it and a 14 tooth countershaft sproket that is probably pretty close,,, if you want to wind the guts out of your 250 it might go 3 or 4 mph faster but thats all,,,,, i had 20 paddle tires aired up to 6psi too,,,,

and KASEY if you boost them tires to 22" do you think you would be above the 80mph range?

Not sure what stock was. Mine was clocked roughly around 80-82. That's with being bored .50 over, K&N, Fatty pipe, Answer silencer, Boysen power reeds, Maxxis on Douglas rims and I dropped a tooth in the front sprocket.

* A stock 250R will go around 72-73. Put a 15 countershaft sproket on and you will be right at 85-90

You couldnt go 80 if you droped a tooth in the front. If you raised it then yes you can. The lower the counter shaft sproket the slower top speed you will have, and the higher the counter shaft sproket the faster top speed you will have.
I know that dropping a tooth in the front lowers your top speed. But that does't mean that my trike still didn't hit 80-82. Don't call me a liar.
