Default '86 big red tires

I can't find any good tires for my trike. I need to know where you guys get yours and what you paid. It's an '86 Big red. I do mostly trail riding, but I need something that would also be good in the snow. Also Second question, is it hard to change the front shocks/forks on this beast? I am looking at buying a set off ebay (since you can't find them anywhere else). What other shocks will interchange? Thanks in advance and sorry for all the questions. Thanks Guys. if I might ask, Why are you changing out the front shocks? Are they bent up or just need to be rebuilt? Yes they are easy to change. As far as the interchange, you would have to direct that question to the almighty "Knowsalot"

The right shock is bent so the light and fender point to the right when I am driving straight. I can't find them anywhere but ebay.
