Default 85 200x, 13 tooth upfront awesome

I just installed 13tooth up front and boy does it run nice. got more gear now , i also installed a stock header pipe and exhaust pipe and this seems to have improved the low end alot. i had a larger headerpipe for the custom exhaust pipe i was running but it wouldnt match up to the stock exhaust thats why i went all stock. but i dont think its hurt my performance to bad. now i just need some new skins for the rear and i will be all set. what rear tires you guys running and how do you like them?

later

I will work on getting some pics. i see you have a few mods to the motor , how do you like that. I had my motor rebuilt by honda about 4 yrs ago and it runs so strong now. cant remember what they bored it out to though.

I am very happy with the motor...all I need is a aftermarket pipe and cam then I am done...then onto the tires and plastic.

I think that the 84-85 200x came with a 12 tooth sprocket. You geared it more for top speed.

well with that 13 up front it doesnt seem all that much faster then before. if anything it seems to have a bit more low end but that also could be from putting the stock header pipe and muffler back on. hard to say which did what. I still have the after market header pipe so hopefully i can find a better muffler to put it back together. I was thinking maybe the stock setup would be quieter then what i was running originally but apparently not its just as loud so i might as well try and switch back.
