help guys...200es eats spark plugs
#1
ok....im gettin frustrated with it....ive done i think everything, and im out of ideas. well, i: made sure the float wasnt hanging up, unclogged the jets, adjusted the mix screw, made sure the choke was completely off, made sure it had good spark, been running ngk "8" spark plugs. i even took the airbox lid off, and adjusted the needle up one notch. my float level is not adjustable, but it almost appears to be worn where the needle valve rides on it. is this something that wears?....the trike looses no oil, does not smoke, and runs awesome. im running 92 octane because of my 12/1 wiseco piston. the center tab on my plug seems to be overheating (white-grey)...but the rest of it, including the electrode are black carbon fouled...even after a couple of hot laps around the yard. i never have to use the choke to start it, which i think indicates that its running rich.....if anyone has any ideas, or can send me a float, your help would be appreciated, thanks all.

First of all the reule oif thumb for a 12 to 1 piston is 97 octain MIN..........also what do you mean your float is not adjustable?.....you should be able to bend the tang where the float needle clips on.
