OK he bought it for $650...with a cigarette adapter plug, racks, and a back rest.

That would be a pretty good price around here. It would be kinda high in other places from what I've seen. Just depends on where you're at. I can't remember if it's the 200s, 200m, or 200x that has the weak trans???

I like mine alot. It's the first trike I've ridden in about 10 years or so. It will out run my dad's '00 big bear top end and dragracing even with my 11 yr. old brother riding.

Compared to the X, it should be a lot better for general work since you don't have the manual clutch to worry about. How much did you pay for it?

Puddding are you from Saskatchewan? How much did you pay for the trike and would you sell it in the future?

hmmm....this may sound funny

when i registered on this site, you had a choice of a whole lot of states in america.....

nothing for outside america!....you can select another country but you still have to select a state in america!

so i chose a state.....Saskatchewan because i wanna go there when i leave uni....and work....and it was on the list

i am actually from New Zealand

the bike:......i will only sell it if really pressure, i want to try and hold on to it as a bit of a collectors item....but i will ride it and ride it and ride it!

it is an '87, one owner (farm bike all its life)....real tidy (i am told) i paided $1000NZD for it, which if 43cents NZD buys one USD, it must be worth $430USD.... i think......

this bike was sold in 1990 NEW, because when the 3 wheelers were outlawed in the states, guess who got em......we did, and i'm sure other countries did too....i am told they were all gathered up and put into containers and shipped over.....

where they were offered cheaply as a farm bike, to get rid of them

howz that!

pudding

ps a 200m is worth $400 NZD over here....i have my eye on one, when the farmer wants to sell!

and ya can't bet an X for shifting stock!

Thanks for the reply talk to you again. Now I know where all the trikes went being the government was bowing down to a bunch of wussy consumers up here !! You give them training wheels and they still fall off.

here in nz we have a writen act of parlement, meaning that in an acident....work or other we are covered by acc(accident compensation).....(work insurance has changed to private insurers), which basically ment we can't seek compensation for acidental injury on a product (ie 3 wheelers) from Honda directly, where as hondas largest market is US and north america, there isn't such a mechanism, that is why 3 wheelers stopped being built...and we got em!....
