On my 250es bigred i just got the valves put in and triing to get the aligner out on the engine i used pliers and they left a huge gash and need aluminum filler to fix it i was wondering were i could get some of this and what the name of it is like and apoxy stick or a liquid.I have an apoxy stick and it says crumbles under pressure so the guy told me not to use that

Not to sure if this stuff is sold in the USA but here in Canada we use(( J B Weld)) it works on all kinds of aluminum if you can't find any where you live e-mail me and I'll get you some

hey BIGREDRIDER is that the service honda TRX250R on you photo page. if it is ill be getting that bike soon by the end of the year. i always dreamed of getting that since it came out.

 

We have JB Weld too[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I haven't used it in this application myself. But, it should do the trick. Just read the package to confirm it works.

 

It should work, Ive used it on aluminum before.
