i have a 85 350x with a 400ex carb on it, its a tight squeese but it fits. i believe its a 35.5mm

What jets and clip position are you running in the 400EX carb and what other mods do you have?

 

I just got one on my X I left the stock jets in it. It was off a 2003 400ex its still a little rich but it realy goes. I have a cobra header, no air box lid and a 450f stock muffler with the baffle taken out. The accelerator pump make the switch worth it.

 

How did you get the Air Boot to fit?I even boiled the air boot to get it over the back of the carb, and it still dosent fit right.

 

I used a heat gun.
