Default rear sprocket wont stay on the axle (200x)

I cant figure out why the rear sprocket hub wont stay on the axle. there is no threads, no groove in the splines for a clip of some kind, there is nothing. It keeps sliping down the axle and then the bearings fall out of the swing arm. I am completely lost and any help would be awesome, but a close up picture would be even better. Thank you for your help.

looks like you axle threads or groovs are shot and worn out, you might need a new axle, and axle bearings. thats actually rare to happen.

but there where never threads or a nut on that side of the axle, and the splines that the sprocket hub slide on to are nice and deep and not worn at all. there is no groove in the splines to hold a C clip or anything. The axle isnt that old anyway. I am completely lost man.

hmmm.... ill send some pics of the 200x swinger and axle, sprocket and show me from there whats wrong. there should be a line next to the hub where the clip goes in to hold the hub together.

I'd make sure the hub is pushed as far back as it can go. You may want to try cleaning the back set of it first. Also, clean of the splines on the axle and inside the hub. A small amount of dirt can really gum things up. After I clean any splines, I always put a little bearing grease on them to keep the crud and moisture out.

yeah, I cleaned the whole axle and inside the swingarm and the hub, put it all together and put two little welds to hold the sproket hub on. havnt ridden it yet but it doesnt wobble like it used to.

The sprocket goes on the axle first, then the hub goes on. Finally the snap ring goes on with the chamfered side towards the hub otherwise it may pop out of the groove.
