Default What other forks will work?...

When I was rebuilding my forks on my 84 250r, I noticed one was bent and the other crimped tight around the spring.

Any other forks work? I know the lowers wont but can I swap out some upper fork tubes and springs maybe from another trike or bike?

After looking at some pictures, it looks like 81-82's are very similar, but the seals and springs are different part numbers.

Will they bolt on and work?

350X's use the same fork springs and seals, so maybe these upper tubes are the same?

The 81-82s are a lot wider, and wont fit yours. You can switch them with 200x forks I think, and 350x.
