yea, the top one sticks out a little bit, but its down all the way, if you tighten the tree up good, it wont turn like it was supposed to, i thought about taking the top seal out and putting a o-ring in the cap, but i dont know if that would work right, i am baffeled right now

Are you talking about the steering stem bearings?

I put the ALL BALLZ brand bearings in on my 200X and was not pleased with the difference in the design from stock to aftermarket. No instructions,no new seals(even though the ad said seals were included) and when I called customer service no one would answer the phone and they never answered emails either.

Its been soo long I don't remember what I had to do to make them work, hopefully you bought a different brand.

No I got them from Dennis Kirk. I did some thinking about this yesterday and I'm not sure if they 200X and 350X are different in any way but I think I used the original dust washer and seal from the very bottom and had a real bitch of a time seating the ALL BALZ races. I think it took me quite a few times to get everything seated good.

If I new I was gonna have to much of a problem with them I would have bought OEM.

I used all ballz or whatever and had np problems. Just had to dremel the old bearing racer (I guess) from the bottom and sand down a lil on the pipe and they went in fine, but they were a lil tricky.
