We had an ATC200 jump time once. Never thought in a million years it would happen but it did. Finally got the machine running, it was running good, we were having a blast (first 200 we had ever rode with fork extenders) well, time for a break, came back out later, nothing, refused to start. After going over everything i finally tore it down to find the cam chain a little on the "too loose" side. put a new one in it and it fired right up and was fine.
