Off Topic......Need prayers......
There are quite a few of you that know me personally, and I need your help. 10 days ago my wife and I had our baby boy (3rd kid). Last night he was rushed to Cardinal Glennon childrens hospital with breathing problyms. Ends up he has RSV. He can not breath on his own at all right now and with be on a resperation from 5 to 14 days if all goes well. Please pray for my son. Thank you, MIKE

You and your family are in my prayers as well. I had a similar expierence with my new born baby girl. I see you live in Missouri and that you have taken him to one of the best hospitals in the nation. We also took our baby there as we felt uncomfortable with any other. I still blame it on the hosptial where we had her. She had that maconium (pooh in the womb) and I swear they didn't get it all out of her lungs when she took her first breath she inhaled some of the junk. I think that is part of the reason for her getting that RSV. The worst part about it is the helpless feeling. If you need any one to talk to or need anything, I will try my best to help as I live about 90 miles southwest of St. Louis. Once again I will keep you in my prayers. Please keep us informed with his condition. God bless!

Thank you guys. He should start getting better in the next five days, they are still getting the fluid out of his lungs from the pneumonia. Worst part is, we had been trying to get the doctor to see him for the 3 days priror, she better hope she doesnt come into that PICU, or they better set her up with a bed too..............I am a strong christian, but i'm also a scared, mad DAD! Headed up there now to trade out with the wife, Thanks again to all.
