Default DISCS IN EXHAUST QUESTION

WHAT ARE THE DISCS AND WHAT DO THEY DO AND I HEARD THAT U CAN CHANGE THEM FOR SOUND AND POWER.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

Default DISCS IN EXHAUST QUESTION

First of all you would need a disk type of silencer, lets say a Super Trapp for example. There are disks attached to the end of the silencer, each one spaced away from the next. Adding disks to the system lets the exhaust flow easier, lowers back pressure, makes more horse power and makes the bike louder. Taking disks off is the other way around. Then you are restricting air flow, making more back pressure, making the bike quieter and usually getting more torque out of it. Click the link below to view this style muffler. Hope this helps.

Default DISCS IN EXHAUST QUESTION

i was sort of leanin torwads a supertrapp for my 200s 1984 but havent found any but by the way a 200x version would fit on mine 200s to . thanks
