I finally got everything back together last night and after about 5 kicks the motor started right up, well today i was finishing puttin the final touches on it like adjusting the valves & puttin the exhaust on and once i was done w/ that i tried to start it up....no go. Its either the motor was flooded (plug was wet) from me pumping too much gas in the cylinder, or my valves aren't adjusted right. Any help would be awesomem cuz i'd like to find out whats wrong before i start kickin away at that thing again cuz my god that 10.5:1 piston is a freakin bear to kick over! lol. Thx.

 

What I do...................If it doesn't start very easy after a rebuild, major work...whatever.........Push start it.......It kinda forces it to start a little more, and if it doesnt start, you can tell by listening what is going on sometimes...

CHECK THE BASICS AGAIN, then AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! fuel on.....fuel in the tank.....wires pluged in, ect..........
