Hey I just got an 1986 200x and it needs some work and i was just wondering if anybody knew anything about it?

Prob one: When I go to kick start it, it kicks back REALLY had and damn near breaks your foot I have the compression release cable and its hooked up.

Prob two: The kick start lever is all jacked up and i need a new one but I cant find any anywhere exept honda but they are over 100 bucks!

Prob three: The axle carrier is beat to hell and has a small crack in it and could use a good used one new ones are Way too much. Or maybe a different axle carrier might fit???

If anybody knows anything to help that would be SWEET!!!

 

Dont be so cheap, buy a new kicker from honda, I learned that used 86/87 200x kickers are usually worn out anyway, I go 2 used ones before I learned. As for the carrrier rad sells a carrier for it, they are far supperior than any oem unit. the 86/87 kickers are still available, but one!!!!!!!!!!, if these parts don't sell, honda will discontinue them.
