clutch problem?????

Default clutch problem?????

hello i got a 200m and when i start it up and put it in first gear i have to give it alot of gas just to get moveing then it just jerks and goes fast but if i put it in 2nd with my trailer behind it wont even move its like the clutch is slipping and i checked and the brakes are not stuck on and i tryed to adjust the clutch on the right side but still nothing.

What oil are you using?
Sounds like the clutch friction plates are shot or the centrifugal clutch shoes

i am using 10w40 and i think the clutch plates are wore out too but not sure

regular car oil, or "wet clutch" oil? Regular car oil will fry your clutch and the auto clutch shoes both.

the oil im using is the 10w40 in the white bottles

am i using the wrong oil because on the bottle it said car oil so i put atv oil in and it says extremly good for wet clutchs but it has done nothing different it has always slipped when i got it i might need to rebuild my clutches

humm
sound like the fiber plates they arent that much,get new springs too
car oil has never burnt up a clutch --that i or anyone else i have met can say
synthetic yea some are too slippery
improper adjustment yea
sorry man ive used car oil since the early days
